Aditi Rao Hydari Early Life

Aditi Rao Hydari is the daughter of the famous classical singer Ehsaan Hydari and the famous thumri and dadra singer Vidya Rao, who is Hydari’s wife. Her Bohri Muslim father died in 2013, and she was raised by her half-Telugu Buddhist Chitrapur Saraswat mother from Mangalore. So, Hydari comes from a family tree with Bohri, Chitrapur Saraswat, and Telugu roots.

Hydari is from the royal families of both Sir Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari and Raja J. Rameshwar Rao, the former Raja of Wanaparthy. She is the granddaughter of Akbar Hydari, who was the Prime Minister of Hyderabad state, and the granddaughter of Muhammad Saleh Akbar Hydari, who was the Governor of Assam (colonial India).

Aditi is the granddaughter of Shanta Rameshwar Rao, a well-known teacher in the city of Hyderabad who started Vidyaranya school and was the head of the publishing company Orient Blackswan. During British rule in India, her great-grandfather, Raja J. Rameshwar Rao, was in charge of the state of Wanaparthi. Her first cousin on her mother’s side is the director Kiran Rao, who was married to the actor Aamir Khan for a while. Hydari was two years old when her parents decided to end their marriage.

Her mother moved from Hyderabad to New Delhi to run the family business and raise her. Her mother raised her alone, and her father remarried but didn’t have any more kids. The young Hydari spent her formative years in both Hyderabad and New Delhi, both in India. She started learning Bharatanatyam from the famous dancer Leela Samson when she was six years old. Hydari takes both of her parents’ last names. She went on to say, “My mother takes care of me the most, but my father is a big part of who I am.” Because Hydari is not a common name, I decided to keep it with Rao.

In 2011, Hydari played a part in Sudhir Mishra’s romantic drama Yeh Saali Zindagi with Arunoday Singh. Before the movie came out, it got a lot of attention for the sensual scenes between Hydari and Singh, who played the wife of an ex-convict. After the movie came out, Hydari won the Screen Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role, which brought her a lot more attention from the public. She later played a supporting role in Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar with Ranbir Kapoor (2011). Hydari met with Ali at first to talk about the lead female role of a Kashmiri girl, but he chose to cast Nargis Fakhri instead, who was a newcomer at the time. After two months, Ali got in touch with her again and hired her to play an impulsive TV reporter who follows the character played by Kapoor. Several of Hydari’s scenes in the movie were cut before it came out in theaters, just like in Delhi-6, and a reviewer said that her role “suffers from an underdeveloped character.”

Hydari said in public that she wanted to play the main character instead of a supporting one. After that, she was cast in her first main role in a Hindi movie, London, Paris, New York (2012), with Ali Zafar. The story of the movie, which was directed by Anu Menon, was about a couple who meet in London, Paris, and New York City in the most unlikely of ways. She started singing with this movie. She sang two of the songs on the soundtrack. Hydari got mostly good reviews for her role as Lalitha. One reviewer from Sify.com said that Hydari “makes the transition from side actress to leading lady and is instantly impressive.” They also said that she is a “good performer with a striking screen presence” and that “she’s likely to go places.” The Hindu and NDTV both said that her performance was “beautiful and in control of her character” and “a delight to watch.” During this time, she also sang the Hindi version of the song “We Are Family” for the Hollywood animation film Ice Age 4: Continental Drift.

Hydari, Hooda, and Loren all worked to promote Murder 3

In 2013, she played Roshni opposite Randeep Hooda in Vishesh Bhatt’s film Murder 3, which was part of Mahesh Bhatt’s Murder series.

[8][38] Hydari said she wanted to do a movie that would show her “mysterious and sensual side” instead of the “innocent” roles she had played before Murder 3. Taran Adarsh of Bollywood Hungama said, “Aditi and Sara are show-stoppers” and that “both deliver knockout performances.” Roshni Devi of Koimoi said, “Aditi’s performance is the pillar of the film.” Then, in the 2013 action movie Boss, Hydari starred with Akshay Kumar and Shiv Panditt. The movie was directed by Anthony D’Souza. She said that her role was like a “classic Hindi movie heroine” and that she agreed to be in the movie because of Akshay Kumar’s popularity and because she wanted to be in a movie that would be seen by a lot of people. Critics had mixed feelings about the movie, but it did well at the box office. In 2014, Hydari had two guest roles. First, she played a royal princess in the comedy drama Khoobsurat. Then, at the request of choreographer Saroj Khan, she played a dancer in the Marathi period drama Rama Madhav. The next movie she was in was Guddu Rangeela (2015), a comedy-drama by Subhash Kapoor that did okay at the box office.
