Maamannan’s OTT rights were bagged by Netflix. It will stream online from 27 July 2023. It is the third venture for Mari Selvaraj after Pariyerum Perumal and Karnan movie. Udhayanidhi Stalin and Vadivelu are the protagonist and Mollywood star Fahadh Faasil is antognaist. Along with them Keerthy Suresh, Lal, Vijayakumar, Raveena Ravi, and Geetha Kailasam played supporting roles. A R Rahman composed the songs and sound scores. The film was released in theaters on June 29, 2023.

Unfortunately, the Maamannan movie was leaked online on 1TamilMv on the same day of its release. To make matters worse our source found HD movie links on several piracy websites including Tamilblasters, Kuttymovies, Movierulz, iBomma, and Filmy4wap.
