She started out as a DJ on small radio stations like Radio KC in Paarl (2004) and MFM 92.6 in Stellenbosch (2005–2007). In 2008, she became a music compiler for 5 FM. Her first job as a TV host was in 2010 for the DStv Afrikaans music channel MK, where she was in charge of the 2011 MK Awards. After she won the Lady Rugga contest and did inserts for the 2011 Rugby World Cup, she started helping out on the SuperSport rugby show Boots & All. In 2012, she was one of the six hosts of the Breakfast Show Dagbreek on kykNET, which started airing on November 5, 2012.
